  • Beef Palette500 g
  • Sauteed Cabbage1/2 cup
  • Grated Parmesan200 g
  • Sour cream150 g
  • Black Shitaque150 g
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. The rice, beans and cabbage were already ready. Mix the 3 in a deep shape, plus 100g of the cheese, I used a casserole.
  2. In a hot skillet pass the minced meat into small cubes for about 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn the meat over and add the shitaque and butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place the meat in the pan and cover with the rest of the cheese and the cream on top without mixing with the mixture at the base.
  4. Heat in the oven over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Top with parsley, optional.
