put the termite in a meat roasting bag put all the seasonings with tomato onion and peppers tie the mouth of the bag put it inside the tray and take it to the oven for 50 minutes
now cook the potatoes with salt until al dente
take the meat out of the oven. take the meat out of the bag and leave it on the tray, put the potatoes together with the meat and in the middle of the meat cooking sauce, put it back in the oven for another 40 minutes
it is ready to serve accompanied by white rice
