  • Tomato1/2 unit(s)
  • Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Cooked rice1/2 cup
  • Canned corn100 g
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Tomato Extract1 tablespoon
  • Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
  • shredded cheese200 g
  • Straw Potato to taste
  1. Cook the rice normally and set aside.
  2. boil the sausages
  3. Finely chop the tomato, onion, pepper, sausage, parsley and cheese
  4. In a skillet, take the onion to golden, then add the tomato until wilted and the peppers.
  5. After sautéing well, add the tomato paste and let it fry everything.
  6. In a platter, add the rice, the sauté, the curd and the rest of the ingredients, except the straw potato.
  7. Mix everything very well and put it in the oven until the cheese melts.
  8. Finish with the potato straw on top
