  • ground beef300 g
  • Wheat for hydrated kibbeh1 cup
  • Chopped Onion4 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Mint1 tablespoon
  • Green Spice2 tablespoon
  • Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
  • grated ginger1 coffee spoon
  • Tomato without skin and chopped seed0.5 cup
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients (except the oil) well until you get a homogeneous mass.
  2. Grease a baking sheet with half the Oil and arrange the dough evenly.
  3. Make marks on top with the aid of a knife (diagonally).
  4. Drizzle with the remaining oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for about 25 minutes.
