  • Ground beef500 g
  • Wheat for Kibe1 cup
  • Hot water500 ml
  • Chopped Mint to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Cottage cheese or Catupiry1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella150 g
  1. Soak the wheat in hot water for +or-30 min. If necessary add a little more water, until it's ok hydrated.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, except for the stuffing, and knead with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass.
  3. Grease a mold with oil and go spreading the dough over the entire length. Place the cheese and mozzarella on top to form the filling. Cover with the remaining dough.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 20 to 30 minutes.
