  • Olive oil1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Cachaça no Carvalho200 ml
  1. I bathed the palette with cachaça, salt and pepper and together with mint leaves, pack it in plastic film and put it in the fridge for 11 hours
  2. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 180° for 1 hour.
