  1. Who loves to make a very easy, dirt-free and delicious food?? 🙋🏽‍♀🙋🏽‍♀🙋🏽‍♀ . This weekend I made this pork rib and it was delicious, just like the Outback and it was very easy to make. Write it down ⬇⬇⬇⬇ . First of all, place the rib in the pan and cover with water, along with salt and pepper to taste. If you make it in the pressure cooker, it takes 10 minutes, in the normal cooker, 1 hour. If you make it in the pressure cooker, don't fill it too much, because it will release a lot, a lot of fat and when you take the pressure off it will leak and make the biggest mess. . After that time, take the rib, pass lemon and sprinkle crushed garlic on top; place on a baking sheet and place in the oven at 200°C for 40 minutes (don't forget to cover with aluminum foil). . After 40 minutes, you can make the barbucue sauce (I already taught it here 🤩) or buy the BBQ sauce from @heinz_br which is simply delicious...you will take the roast out of the oven and brush the sauce, put it back in the oven for 30 minutes, after the time, remove, turn the rib and again brush the sauce on the meat and leave it in the oven for another 30 minutes and that's it! 🤤🤤 Just do the side dishes and attack hahaha. Do it because it's really good and it doesn't take any work to do! .
