  • Onion1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil15 ml
  • Chives1 cup
  • Rye bread2 to taste
  1. Pass the meat through the processor until it is in very small pieces.
  2. Grate the onion.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add half of the grated onion and the olive oil and mix with the help of cutlery.
  5. Chop the chives.
  6. Place the preparation on a slice of rye bread/bread, molding the meat over the bread.
  7. Add the rest of the grated onion and the chopped chives over the preparation.
  8. Accompaniment: dark mustard.
