  • Dry red wine150 ml
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Yellow bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Blonde2 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sweet paprika1 coffee spoon
  1. Brown the ossobuco in a very hot pressure cooker with a drizzle of oil. Add the onion, garlic, tomatoes, peppers and seasonings and sauté.
  2. Put the wine and let it cook for about 2 minutes, complete with hot water until it covers the meat. Cover the pan and once you get pressure, put the fire down and cook for 50 minutes.
  3. Serve with creamy polenta
