- Ossobuco1 kg
- Dry red wine150 ml
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Yellow bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Blonde2 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sweet paprika1 coffee spoon
- Brown the ossobuco in a very hot pressure cooker with a drizzle of oil. Add the onion, garlic, tomatoes, peppers and seasonings and sauté.
- Put the wine and let it cook for about 2 minutes, complete with hot water until it covers the meat. Cover the pan and once you get pressure, put the fire down and cook for 50 minutes.
- Serve with creamy polenta
