- Boiling water to taste
- In a large pan, place the ossobuco, add the onion cut into pieces, the tomatoes cut into pieces, minced garlic and all the other condiments.
- Add water one finger below the meat and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes.
- Serve with fresh rice, beans and salad
