  • Pitted Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Parsley and chives, half a bunch1/2 unit(s)
  • Small onion1 unit(s)
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • Paprika1 teaspoon
  • Season1 unit(s)
  • Boiling water to taste
  1. In a large pan, place the ossobuco, add the onion cut into pieces, the tomatoes cut into pieces, minced garlic and all the other condiments.
  2. Add water one finger below the meat and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes.
  3. Serve with fresh rice, beans and salad
