- Filet mignon, cut into strips300 g
- Red bell pepper, diced1 unit(s)
- grated onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Sesame oil1 tablespoon
- Shoyu2 tablespoon
- Chopped chives to taste
- Spicy paprika to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Season the fillet with salt, black pepper and the spicy paprika to taste. Reserve.
- In a pan, sauté the onion, carrot, garlic, pepper in the amount of oil described. Put some salt.
- If the stir-fry starts to dry out and stick together, add a little water.
- When the vegetables are almost done, add the fillet. Let it sauté until the point you like meat. (In this recipe, I like to fry well!)
- When it's almost ready, add the soy sauce and let it cook for another minute.
- Turn off the heat, finish with the chives to taste and serve!
