  • Filet mignon, cut into strips300 g
  • Red bell pepper, diced1 unit(s)
  • grated onion1 unit(s)
  • Crushed Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Sesame oil1 tablespoon
  • Shoyu2 tablespoon
  • Chopped chives to taste
  • Spicy paprika to taste
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • grated carrot1 unit(s)
  1. Season the fillet with salt, black pepper and the spicy paprika to taste. Reserve.
  2. In a pan, sauté the onion, carrot, garlic, pepper in the amount of oil described. Put some salt.
  3. If the stir-fry starts to dry out and stick together, add a little water.
  4. When the vegetables are almost done, add the fillet. Let it sauté until the point you like meat. (In this recipe, I like to fry well!)
  5. When it's almost ready, add the soy sauce and let it cook for another minute.
  6. Turn off the heat, finish with the chives to taste and serve!
