- Vegetable broth1 l
- Sirloin Steak300 g
- Soybean oil2 tablespoon
- Salt0 to taste
- Black pepper0 to taste
- Heat the vegetable stock and set aside - Aaueca a pan with olive oil sauté 2 cloves of garlic , add the rice and saute well add a little salt and start adding the broth little by little and stirring constantly and add the broth until the rice reaches the point al dente - finish with the orange juice and butter - add the parmesan, adjust the salt at the end and it is ready to be served.
- Heat the soy oil in a frying pan and place the previously seasoned steaks with 2 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper - as soon as they are golden, turn them over and let them brown on the other side.
- Cut the meat into wide strips and serve with your orange rice.
