Corte a carne em cubos tempere-a a seu gosto 

Cut the meat into cubes and season it to your liking.

Adicione o alho a carne no óleo já temperada  e deixe até dourar 

Add the garlic to the meat in the already seasoned oil and let it brown.

Depois de dourar adicione a água e deixa até a carne ficar  macia

After browning, add the water and leave until the meat is tender.

Por ultimo adicione a cebola picada e deixe mais um pouco no fogo até que a cebola doure,feito isso está prontinho e é só se deliciar 

Finally add the chopped onion and leave it on the fire a little longer until the onion is golden, done that it is ready and just enjoy
