  • Parrilla or refined salt1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper and red pepper to taste
  • Water1 cup
  • Flaked Corn Flour2 cup
  • Chopped Tomato1 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Chives and coriander to taste
  1. rib cooking method In a pressure cooker put the ingredients by step. Start with the onion, then the ribs, salt, pepperoni, tomato and black pepper. Pressure cook for 60 minutes (no need to add water). Turn off the fire and wait for the pressure to come out. Open the pan, remove the rib bones and cook, uncovered, for another 30 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside.
  2. couscous cooking method In a bowl, mix the salt, water and corn flour well and let it rest for 20 minutes. Place the couscous mass in the couscous bowl, without squeezing it, and cook for about 15 minutes. Add the tomatoes, chives and coriander after cooking. Serve with a generous portion of prime rib and enjoy.
