  • Sirloin Steaks250 g
  • Medium sliced onions2 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Balsamic Vinegar2 tablespoon
  1. Heat a nonstick skillet, add the two tablespoons of butter to melt. Place the steaks over the butter and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Once it's at your favorite spot, remove the steaks and add the onions and balsamic vinegar. Wait for it to wilt and serve over the steaks.
