- 1 whole fillet 1 packet of onion soup 1 cup dry red wine tea 1 cup olive oil tea 5 tbsp ketchup 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp mustard 4 large sliced onions10 unit(s)
- Take the clean fillet, make cuts in the middle and ends, without reaching the end. Place in a large glass refractory that goes in the oven, take the onions in slices and place in the cuts of the fillet, if there are onions left, throw them on top. Separately, take a bowl and place the onion soup, olive oil, wine, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard, mix everything very well to dissolve the onion soup. Pour over the fillet and put it in the oven. No need to put aluminum foil. Bake in the oven on high heat for 50 minutes if you like it rare, if you like it well done leave it for 1 hour
