  • Oat flakes1/2 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • grated onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Flaxseed2 tablespoon
  • Sesame seed2 tablespoon
  • Green Smell1 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, mix and knead until smooth.
  2. Then shape the hamburgers.
  3. Grill the hamburger in a nonstick skillet over low heat. When grilling, cover the skillet so that it cooks inside.
  4. Tip: You can replace the beef with ground chicken. This burger is a great protein option for your lunch or dinner. Super practical and delicious.
