  • Ground Beef | 500 g
  • Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove | 3 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour | 2 tablespoon
  • Milk | 2 cup
  • Green Chili | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomato | 1 unit(s)
  • Butter | 1 tablespoon
  • Salt, Black Pepper and Nutmeg |  to taste
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese | 80 g
  • Gem | 1 unit(s)


  1. In a pan, put a thread of olive oil and add the ground beef to brown. Then add the crushed garlic and onion to gold too.
  2. Put the bell pepper and tomato cut into cubes to sauté. Put the salt and pepper of the kingdom, mix. Then book. In another pan, put the butter, when it is melted add the wheat flour and mix.

  5. Place the Parmesan cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes or until the eggplant is soft.
