  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Salt, Black Pepper and Nutmeg to taste
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese80 g

  1. In a pan, put a thread of olive oil and add the ground beef to brown. Then add the crushed garlic and onion to gold too.
  2. Put the bell pepper and tomato cut into cubes to sauté. Put the salt and pepper of the kingdom, mix. Then book. In another pan, put the butter, when it is melted add the wheat flour and mix.
  3. Gradually add the milk and mix constantly. Add a little salt and nutmeg. Let it thicken, turn it off and let it cool a little and put the yolk, mix and book.
  4. Cut the eggplant into slices. In a mold, make a generous layer of Eggplant, then a layer of ground beef and another of Eggplant, finally a layer of cream.
  5. Place the Parmesan cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes or until the eggplant is soft.
