- Ground beef500 g
- Seasonings to taste
- Potato cut into cubes2 unit(s)
- Thinly sliced carrots1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Salt to taste
- Make mini meatballs with ground beef seasoned to taste
- In a frying pan with oil, place the potatoes and fry them lightly. Remove and reserve.
- In the same skillet place the carrots and fry lightly. Remove and reserve.
- Place the meatballs in the same pan and fry on both sides.
- Add the meatballs to the reserved potatoes and carrots.
- Mix and add the tomato sauce.
- Cover the pan and leave on low heat until it thickens and the sauce reduces.
- Finally, sprinkle chopped chives.
