  • Tomato Passata1 cup
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Green pepper1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Spicy paprika1 teaspoon
  • Potatoes4 unit(s)
  • Water to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Cut the duck meat into cubes, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  2. In a heated pressure cooker, add the olive oil and the meat to sear.
  3. Then add the chopped onion, garlic, pepper and sauté until wilted.
  4. Add the tomato passata and water until the meat is covered.
  5. Take the pressure for 15 minutes, it will not be done, but after that, you will add the potatoes cut into large cubes.
  6. Cook for another 10 minutes, adjust the salt, finish with the green smell and you will have a delicious mincemeat!
