Start by frying the garlic and onion
Then add the ground beef and let it change color.
Meanwhile, peel and pre-cook the potato in another pan.
Put the seasonings on the meat (I used saffron, salt, chimarrão, cumin and sazón)
When it's sautéed, put the sauce ready and a piece of knor broth
Put the boiled potatoes and let it get the flavor (watch the salt, if necessary add more)
Then turn off and just serve
