Ground beef

Tempere a carne moída com uma colher de alho amassado ou picado,sazon.

Season the ground beef with a spoon of crushed or minced garlic, season.

Na panela adicione óleo ,cebola e uma colher de alho e refogue. 

In the pan add oil, onion and a spoon of garlic and sauté.

Depois acrescente o Colorau e a carne. Misture bem e tampe a panela. 

Then add the paprika and meat. Mix well and cover the pan.

Deixe cozinhar com a própria água da carne(quaso precise adicione um pouquinho de água).

Let it cook with the meat's own water (almost need add a little water).

Depois adicione a cebolinha e a salsicha. Mexa se a carne já estiver cozida pode desligar o fogo. 

Then add the chives and sausage. Stir if the meat is already cooked you can turn off the heat.
