  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Cabbage Leaves4 unit(s)
  • Parboiled Rice2 cup
  • Boiled red beans with broth2 cup
  • Seedless Chili Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Cumin1 teaspoon
  • Coloral1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Red Bell Pepper1 unit(s)
  1. In a pan, sauté the skins and shavings of the vegetables that we will use in the recipe and add water. Let it come to a boil and then switch to low heat.
  2. Now in another pan, saute the kale stalks, onion and bell pepper in olive oil. Season with a pinch of salt and let it dry well. Then enter the ground beef and rice, stirring until the meat dries up.
  3. With that, add the broth from the other pan until it covers two fingers above the ingredients. Add dry seasonings and cook uncovered.
  4. Finish with the red beans, the cabbage leaves and the girl's finger pepper. Hit the salt and serve next.
