Milanese roasted chicken

Vocês gostam de frango assado a milanesa? 

Hoje fiz asinhas assadas e aqui amamos preparar desse jeito.

Temperei as asinhas e deixei marinando por 40 minutos, depois passei nos ovos batidos (usei 2 ovos) e empanei na farinha de rosca. 
Coloquei uma pitada de manteiga em cada asinha e levei ao forno embalado no papel alumínio por 1 hora a 180 graus, depois retirei o papel e deixei dourar por mais 20 minutos.

Tem arroz e feijão fresquinho e um salada 🥗 para completar o prato

Today I made roasted wings and here we love to prepare it that way.

I seasoned the wings and let them marinate for 40 minutes, then passed them in the beaten eggs (I used 2 eggs) and dipped in the breadcrumbs.
I put a pinch of butter on each wing and took it to the oven wrapped in aluminum foil for 1 hour at 180 degrees, then I removed the paper and let it brown for another 20 minutes.

There's fresh rice and beans and a salad 🥗 to complete the dish
