  • Thinly sliced liver steaks seasoned to taste6 unit(s)
  • eggs2 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour1/2 cup
  • Seasoned ready-made farofa1.1/2 cup
  1. Season with steaks to taste Reserve
  2. Beat the eggs and add salt and seasonings of your choice.
  3. Mix the two flour.
  4. Pass the steaks in the eggs and then in the flour mixture.. leave them well floured. After frying in very hot oil until the fibers are well cooked
  5. Let it rest a little on a paper towel. Ready Enjoy your food!
