- Thinly sliced liver steaks seasoned to taste6 unit(s)
- eggs2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Seasoned ready-made farofa1.1/2 cup
- Season with steaks to taste Reserve
- Beat the eggs and add salt and seasonings of your choice.
- Mix the two flour.
- Pass the steaks in the eggs and then in the flour mixture.. leave them well floured. After frying in very hot oil until the fibers are well cooked
- Let it rest a little on a paper towel. Ready Enjoy your food!
