em uma panela de pressão coloca a cebola para dourar depois coloca a carne para cozinhar junto com o pimentão, pimenta do reino, o alho e o sal deixa cozinhar ate a carne ficar macia

acrescente o aipim e deixa cozinhar , depois de cozido coloca cebola .tomate e o cheiro verde
