Microwave couscous with sausage sauce

Primeiro o cuscuz: adicione em uma vasilha o cuscuz e a água, misture bem e reserve por 10min. Em seguida adicione ele em uma vasilha com tampa que vá ao microondas, adicione sem amassar o cuscuz! Leve ao microondas em potencia maxima, tampado, por 3minutos. Desenforme caso desejar, e coloque manteiga em cima!

First the couscous: add the couscous and water in a bowl, mix well and set aside for 10 minutes. Then add it in a bowl with a lid that goes to the microwave, add without crushing the couscous! Microwave at full power, covered, for 3 minutes. Unmold if you wish, and butter on top!

Molho de linguiça:
Pique e frite as linguiças na gordura que desejar.

Sausage Sauce:
Chop and fry the sausages in the desired fat.

Adicione a cebola, alho, salsa, pimenta e sal a gosto.
Refogue. 

Add the onion, garlic, parsley, pepper and salt to taste.

Adicione o colorau quando tudo estiver refogado no seu gosto.

Add the paprika when everything is sautéed to your liking.

Adicione o extrato de tomate e 1 xicara de água, misture bem, cozinhe na pressão por 40minutos. Sirva com o cuscuz.

Add the tomato paste and 1 cup of water, mix well, cook under pressure for 40 minutes. Serve with the couscous.
