- Fine corn flakes2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Butter to taste
- Tuscan sausage4 unit(s)
- Tomato Extract2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Onion to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Colorau1 coffee spoon
- Pepper to taste
- First the couscous: add the couscous and water in a bowl, mix well and set aside for 10 minutes. Then add it in a bowl with a lid that goes to the microwave, add without crushing the couscous! Microwave at full power, covered, for 3 minutes. Unmold if you wish, and butter on top!
- Sausage Sauce: Chop and fry the sausages in the desired fat.
- Add the onion, garlic, parsley, pepper and salt to taste. saute
- Add the paprika when everything is sautéed to your liking.
- Add the tomato paste and 1 cup of water, mix well, cook under pressure for 40 minutes. Serve with the couscous.
