  • Filet Mignon Medallions190 g
  • Olive oil2 dessert spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chopped Champignon70 g
  • Beef broth1 unit(s)
  • Water2 cup
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Maizena1 tablespoon
  • Dry red wine1/2 cup
  • Salt / Black Pepper / Nutmeg to taste
  1. Sauce
  2. Boil the water with the beef broth, add the butter, cornstarch and let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes. Put the condiments and mix the condiments
  3. Medallions
  4. Season with salt and black pepper and place in a frying pan with very hot oil and seal the medallions on all sides.
