  • Ground beef1 kg
  • Squeezed garlic cloves4 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
  • Fine herbs1 teaspoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Oat bran2 tablespoon
  • Stuffing: Diced Mozzarella300 g
  • Oregano1 teaspoon
  1. In a bowl, place the ground beef, the squeezed garlic, the salt, the smoked paprika, fine herbs, the egg and the oat bran. Mix well with hands
  2. Then take a small portion of meat, put the stuffing and shape it.
  3. Take to airfryer for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees, until golden.
  4. Ready!!
