- Black pepper to taste
- Stale bread1 unit(s)

- Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and chop them.
- Chop the onion and mix with the meat and tomato. Add the green smell and season with salt and pepper.
- Chop the bread and moisten with 1/2 cup of water.
- Add the meat and eggs to the chopped bread. Knead well and check the seasoning.
- Put the meat dough in a cake tin and cover it with aluminum foil.
- Place it on a baking sheet and put warm water inside the baking sheet.
- Place in a slow oven and bake for 1 and 1/2 hours.
