  • Large Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Medium onion1 unit(s)
  • Green smell1/2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Stale bread1 unit(s)
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  1. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and chop them.
  2. Chop the onion and mix with the meat and tomato. Add the green smell and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Chop the bread and moisten with 1/2 cup of water.
  4. Add the meat and eggs to the chopped bread. Knead well and check the seasoning.
  5. Put the meat dough in a cake tin and cover it with aluminum foil.
  6. Place it on a baking sheet and put warm water inside the baking sheet.
  7. Place in a slow oven and bake for 1 and 1/2 hours.
