- Crushed Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Green smell to taste
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Tomato Sauce Packet1/2 unit(s)
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Oil or olive oil2 tablespoon
- Mix meat, onion, salt and black pepper.
- Make balls (yields 14 units) and place in a frying pan with hot oil to seal them. Turn and let it brown on all sides.
- Give garlic in a pan, put the tomato sauce and meatballs. Let cook for 3 min on low fire and finish with green smell.
