  • Ground beef1 kg
  • Squeezed garlic cloves3 unit(s)
  • Black pepper1 coffee spoon
  • Dried parsley1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Slice of bread (moisten the bread with a little milk)3 unit(s)
  • Tomato Passata530 g
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Squeezed garlic cloves3 unit(s)
  • Oregano1 dessert spoon
  • Water100 ml
  • Grated Mozzarella250 g
  • Fresh noodles500 g
  • Squeezed garlic cloves3 unit(s)
  • Oil4 tablespoon
  1. For the meatball: combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix everything together with your hands until smooth.
  2. Make balls in the desired size, take them to the airfryer for approximately 25 minutes until golden and set aside
  3. In a pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil, add the garlic and let it brown
  4. Put the tomato passata, mix, add the water, the oregano, adjust the salt and mix again
  5. When it starts to boil, add the meatballs, cover the pan and let it cook in that sauce over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  6. Then place on a platter, cover with grated mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until browned.
  7. Cook the pasta to the point of your preference, in a hot pan, add the oil, the squeezed garlic and let it brown a little.
  8. Add the cooked pasta, mix well and transfer to a platter.
  9. Ready!!
