- Ground beef1 kg
- Squeezed garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Black pepper1 coffee spoon
- Dried parsley1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Slice of bread (moisten the bread with a little milk)3 unit(s)
- Tomato Passata530 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Squeezed garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Oregano1 dessert spoon
- Water100 ml
- Grated Mozzarella250 g
- Fresh noodles500 g
- Squeezed garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Oil4 tablespoon
- For the meatball: combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix everything together with your hands until smooth.
- Make balls in the desired size, take them to the airfryer for approximately 25 minutes until golden and set aside
- In a pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil, add the garlic and let it brown
- Put the tomato passata, mix, add the water, the oregano, adjust the salt and mix again
- When it starts to boil, add the meatballs, cover the pan and let it cook in that sauce over low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Then place on a platter, cover with grated mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until browned.
- Cook the pasta to the point of your preference, in a hot pan, add the oil, the squeezed garlic and let it brown a little.
- Add the cooked pasta, mix well and transfer to a platter.
- Ready!!
