  • Ground beef500 g
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs150 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Tomato sauce400 g
  • Mozzarella500 g
  1. Mix the meat with the egg, onion, salt, a little olive oil (or oil) and pepper.
  2. Add the flour until you get the point of rolling the meatballs.
  3. Make small balls.
  4. In a pan with a little oil, fry the meatballs, sealing them over high heat.
  5. Remove the meatballs and place on a baking sheet with half of the tomato sauce.
  6. Place the mozzarella on top of the meatballs.
  7. Place the other half of the tomato sauce on top of the mozzarella.
  8. Bake in the oven until the cheese melts.
