- I always start with the ground meat for the seasoning I peel the garlic and chop it over the cane I put the seasoning and salt
- I move well with my hands, even clean or with gloves, it's up to you
- I leave the ground beef for a while to get the taste of the seasoning.
- It took about 30 minutes for the meat to taste like the seasoning. I start making balls with the ground meat using the palm of my hand. Once that's done you can fry or put it in the sauce as you prefer it's already great to eat I put the sauce myself and a good tip
