  • Ground beef500 g
  • Olivia's Olive Oil2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs150 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Tomato sauce395 g
  1. 1.Mix the meat with the egg, onion, salt, a little olive oil (oil) and pepper.
  2. 2.Add the flour until the meatballs are rolled up.
  3. 3.Make small balls.
  4. 4. In a pan with a little oil, fry the meatballs, sealing them over high heat.
  5. 5.Remove the meatballs and set aside.
  6. 6.In another pan, heat the tomato sauce over low heat.
  7. 7. In the same pan as the meatballs, remove the excess oil and add the tomato sauce, putting the meatballs to cook for a few minutes.
  8. 8. In about 15 minutes the meatballs will be fully cooked and the dish will be ready.
