- flank steak500 g
- Lollipop Potato100 g
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Black beer (optional)200 ml
- Potatoes300 g
- Cheese100 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Milk100 ml
- Season the diced meat with salt and pepper.
- Seal the meat in the pan, add the dark beer to the chopped vegetables and let it cook for 40 min.
- Cook the potato and as soon as it is cooked, mash it and add the butter and cheese, gradually add milk until you get a creamy puree and cheese pull.
- After 40 min of the meat, remove the pressure, let the broth reduce and Serve the meat with vegetables and the aligot puree
