Meat with pumpkin and zucchini

Pique a cebola em cubinhos, o alho e leve ao fogo com o óleo até dourar.

Após adiciona o patinho filetado, deixando que cozinhe por completo.
Adicionar sal, pimenta do reino e chimichurri a gosto.
Tampar a panela e esperar que cozinhe por completo

Chop the onion into cubes, the garlic and heat with the oil until golden.

Then add the filleted duckling, letting it cook completely.
Add salt, black pepper and chimichurri to taste.
Cover the pan and wait for it to cook completely.

Retirar a casca da abóbora e cortar em cubinhos, após acrescentar junto a carne e deixar em fogo baixo 

Remove the pumpkin skin and cut into cubes, after adding the meat together and leaving it on low heat.

Cortar a abobrinha em cubinhos e adicionar na panela, juntamente com a carne e a abóbora.
Adicionar água até que cubra os ingredientes

Cut the zucchini into cubes and add to the pan, along with the meat and pumpkin.
Add water until it covers the ingredients.

Deixar cozinhar por cerca de 15 minutos ou até que a água quase seque.
E está pronto

Agora é só se deliciar
