  1. We start by preparing the ground beef with the basic seasonings and let it rest.
  2. Then, in a food processor, pulse the onions until coarsely chopped.
  3. We mix the onion into the seasoned ground beef. We book.
  4. In a shape we put the grapes around and the meat in the center and put it in the oven.
  5. We leave it at 140° for 45 minutes or until it's golden and not even juicy.
