  • Okra8 unit(s)
  • Onion1 to taste
  • Parsley1 to taste
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  1. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  2. Bring to a boil and cover.
  3. Take the okra chop and reserve it in a bowl with water and lemon. (obs the lemon takes the nanny out of the okra.)
  4. Let the meat fry then add the onion and parsley. R mix well to mix the seasoning
  5. Finally, drain the water from the okra and add it to the pan and meicha. Add water and cover and let it boil for 10 minutes.
  6. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and it will be ready to serve.
