- Meat of your choice400 g
- Gorgonzola200 g
- Onion and garlic to taste
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toast to accompany to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Cut the meat into strips and season with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet with oil, add the meat and when it is browned on both sides, add the onion and garlic. When they are transparent, add the gorgonzola until melted.
- After melting the gorgonzola, add the cream and stir until smooth.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with toast
