Meat of your choice400 g
Gorgonzola200 g
Onion and garlic to taste
Sour cream1 can(s)
Salt and pepper to taste
Toast to accompany to taste
Green Smell to taste

Cut the meat into strips and season with salt and pepper.
In a skillet with oil, add the meat and when it is browned on both sides, add the onion and garlic. When they are transparent, add the gorgonzola until melted.
After melting the gorgonzola, add the cream and stir until smooth.
Garnish with parsley and serve with toast
