One kilo of meat (chuck)

Onion

Three Cloves of Garlic

Dehydrated Green Smell

Black pepper

Spicy paprika

Salt

Sachet of tomato sauce

Colored peppers

Parsley

Half a kilo of cooked cassava

Corte a carne em pedaços pequenos. 
Pique a cebola e o alho. 
Pique os pimentões coloridos e a salsinha. 
Numa panela coloque azeite e a cebola e alho. Deixe dourar. Junte a carne, o cheiro verde desidratado, a páprica picante, sal a gosto, a pimenta do reino e deixe cozinhar por uma hora. 
Acrescente o sachê de molho de tomate. Os pimentões e deixe cozinhar por alguns minutos. Acrescente o aipim cozido e cortado em pedaços grandes. Deixe mais alguns minutos cozinhando. Apague o fogo e está pronto para servir. 

Cut the meat into small pieces.
Chop the onion and garlic.
Chop the colored peppers and parsley.
In a pan put the oil and the onion and garlic. Let it brown. Add the meat, the dehydrated green smell, the hot paprika, salt to taste, the black pepper and let it cook for an hour.
Add the tomato sauce sachet. The peppers and cook for a few minutes. Add the cooked cassava and cut into large pieces. Allow a few more minutes to cook. Turn off the heat and it's ready to serve.
