Ground Beef350 g
Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
Chopped Onion1/4 cup
Chopped green onion1 tablespoon
Chopped Boiled Egg2 unit(s)
Sea Salt to taste
Ground Cumin1 coffee spoon
Ground black pepper to taste
Paprika1 teaspoon
Olive oil1 dessert spoon

Heat the oil in a pan and brown the onion and garlic.
Add the paprika and mix until it dissolves well.
Add the ground beef and stir to break up the lumps. Season with salt, pepper and cumin.
After the meat is well cooked and dry, turn off the heat and add the chives and eggs and mix.
Once the filling is cold, use it in your favorite pastry doughs.
