  • Potatoes200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Green Spice to taste
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Water3 cup
  • lard1 tablespoon
  1. Put the lard 1/2 spoon, pressure cooker, scream the meat, put the potatoes, salt and water. Close the pan and leave for 20 minutes after pressure.
  2. Switch off after 20 minutes and allow all pressure to release.
  3. In another pan, place the other half of the lard spoon, fry the onion and tomato, place the meat, potatoes, half a glass of water and let it boil for about 5 minutes.
  4. After, turn off and put the green seasoning and that's it.
