  • 1 1/2 glass of red wine (I used a little more than half a bottle1 ml
  1. 1. Clean the meat well, removing the fat. 2. Cut in half to make 2 pieces, in the pressure cooker add the chopped onion, garlic and oil. 3. Brown the meat well on both sides. 4. Also add the rib broth without dissolving it in water, put it directly in the pan and continue browning the meat. 5. After golden, add the tomato paste and red wine. 6. Cover the pan and after getting pressure wait 30 to 40 minutes and turn off. 7. Leave the meat overnight in the same pan. 8. The next day, cut the meat and put it on the fire to find out just a little more and turn it off. 9. Serve the slices with the sauce on top, serve with white rice, mashed potatoes or potato chips.
