- Meat cut into cubes (can be acem, muscle, shoulder, duckling, loin, soft thigh)600 g
- medium chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Diced medium potato2 unit(s)
- Oil or olive oil2 tablespoon
- Crushed garlic2 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika or paprika2 dessert spoon
- Glass of water1 cup
- Cut the meat into large cubes and season with salt, pepper, paprika and whatever else you usually add; (oregano, chimichurri, herbs)
- In a pressure cooker, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil or oil until the onion is golden brown;
- Place the already seasoned pieces of meat in the pan and cover. Let it cook for 10 minutes on medium to low heat after getting the pressure. TIP: During this time the meat will cook in the water that it and the onion release.
- Remove the pan from the heat, wait for the pressure to release, open and add a cup of water and the potatoes and put it back on the fire. After getting pressure, count another 15 minutes of cooking. Tip: If you want, you can replace the water with meat or vegetable broth, so the meat will be tastier and more nutritious!
- After the indicated time, turn off the heat and, if there is still a lot of water, leave it on high heat without the lid until the broth dries and the meat is golden.
- Finish by transferring the meat to a platter and serving.
