- Meat for pot1 kg
- Cassava500 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic cloves4 unit(s)
- Additional Seasoning to taste
- Boiling water1 l
- Add all the ingredients in the pressure cooker (except the water and cassava)
- When the meat is already golden add the cassava and water
- Cover and let it cook under pressure for approximately 30 minutes or until the meat is of your desired consistency, then just serve this delight.
