  • Meat for pot1 kg
  • Cassava500 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Crushed garlic cloves4 unit(s)
  • Additional Seasoning to taste
  • Boiling water1 l
  1. Add all the ingredients in the pressure cooker (except the water and cassava)
  2. When the meat is already golden add the cassava and water
  3. Cover and let it cook under pressure for approximately 30 minutes or until the meat is of your desired consistency, then just serve this delight.
