Ingredients
Recipe

Boiled and mashed potato1 kg
Whole milk1/2 cup
Butter1 tablespoon
Ground beef1/2 kg
Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Soybean oil2 tablespoon
Mozzarella cheese200 g

Mix the still hot potato with the milk and butter until it forms a puree, if you prefer, beat it in the mixer (it is smooth)
In a pan, heat the oil and brown the onion.
Put the meat on low heat and cook well.
Let it cook until the water that is created by the meat dries up.
Season and reserve
In a refractory place the puree at the bottom, the meat in the middle and the rest of the puree on top.
Add the cheese and bake in the oven until golden.
